Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Advice for our customers about the virus and our service!

We are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening on June 1st. We will still be operating strict social distancing measures as we did before our temporary closure. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers for bearing with us during these very difficult times.

Unfortunately due to a reduction in the volume of business we have taken the decision to temporarily close. 

Whilst we are uncertain of a reopening date, we will be taking enquiries which we will log and keep the details. We will contact you once we know a reopening date to arrange a suitable appointment.

Update 30th March 2020

Due to cancellations we are now closed until 6th April. We are doing our best to stay open in order to provide our customers with the essential service we provide. We are continuously monitoring the situation and thank you for your continued support and understanding during these very testing times. In the meantime we will continue to provide updates on this page.

Update 22nd March 2020

In order to reduce the chance of spreading the virus we are now going to operate a strict non-contact policy. This means we are only operating an over the phone booking in service. Customers, delivery drivers and visitors are no longer allowed to enter any part of our premises. Procedures are in place for vehicle drop off and collection and will be explained on booking. We are now only accepting card payments which must be done over the phone.

Autoservice Centre are continuing to track the emerging Coronavirus and our first priority is the safety of our customers and ourselves however, over the next coming days or weeks we may need to review this information.


We have strengthened our hygiene practises and with immediate effect we will be implementing the following procedures in order to manage the risk from the potential spread of the virus.


All customers’ vehicles will be sanitised using a high level disinfectant in key areas on arrival and prior to us undertaking any work on your vehicle and again after completion of works and prior to handover back to the customer.


Our Reception area will after every customer be disinfected in high risk contact areas.


We are asking customers to be proactive and help us manage the risk by following government and NHS guidance.


If you or people in your personal or professional networks have recently been unwell, are currently feeling unwell and/or have been in contact with an infected person or have recently returned from a high risk area please call us to re arrange your appointment.


If you suspect you may have an allergy to the disinfectant or would prefer we didn’t disinfect your vehicle please advise us so we can cancel/amend your appointment.
